This service can be beneficial to home owners who do not wish to hire furniture but would like some guidance on how to maximise the visual appeal of the furniture they already have. No physical moving of furniture is undertaken by us however we can attend a second session to provide supervision of placement if required.

At this session a consultant will take a stroll through your home and discuss the ways in which the existing furniture and decorating items may be displayed in different ways to improve the layout of the home. By moving items around and making simple changes a home can feel very different without spending lots of money on replacing furniture. Suggestions will be made with reference to the use of colour, balance and function. This service is great for those wanting to change the house around and gain some tips or for those looking to improve the appeal of their home in preparation for selling without excessive costs.

When styling, low VOC initiatives can be discussed as buyers are becoming more educated on green living and more health conscience. Using a low VOC paint when refreshing your home for sale is a marketing bonus - all families want a healthy home.

Home styling consult $200.00 plus GST for the first hour and $30 plus GST each half hour thereafter.
