Interior consult that offers an opportunity to discuss your home and the interior materials, finishes, household products and practices that contribute to a healthy space.

Materials and products within a home impact on the quality of the indoor air. Indoor air can greatly impact your health with no noticeable odour (refer to government department link on this site for further information). To assist with decreasing chemical exposure within the home we also discuss options for homewares, household products and maintenance practices.

The processing and manufacturing of products in Australia is not regulated to ensure that labelling of chemicals used in the manufacturing process of everyday household products are fully disclosed on labels when product is sold. Therefore as consumers we need to question what ingredients are in the products we have in our home such as textiles, cookware, furniture etc.

This consult is $200 plus GST for the first hour and $30 plus GST each half hour thereafter. It is time consuming researching the many things in our environment that we need to be wary of. This consult is an opportunity to become quickly informed as to things that you can do and consider when creating and decorating a healthy home for your family.
