For builders who are building to sell -

Relish Designs can assist with developing colour palettes, interior schemes and product scheduling for finishes. Interior schemes could involve sourcing and putting together a selection of materials and finishes for fit out that will be widely appealing and add value to the property. We can help put together a scheme including items such as - tiles, carpet, tapware, basins, sinks, door hardware, cupboard materials, benchtop selection, interior colour schedule, blinds/curtain product etc.

With the environment such a hot topic and the interest in sustainable housing growing, Relish Designs can also assist you with sourcing eco friendly product and product that is low VOC to provide the client or potential purchaser with a healthy interior and for the builder an extra selling point of difference !

This service includes providing you with an A3 graphic presentation (print off) of the products (where images are available), an itemised schedule of the items including product detail, supplier info & price along with any quotes and brochures available for products selected. A tidy package for your site file to make fit out a breeze with visual appeal and minimal down time.

 

For the residential project builder building for a client -

This service allows you to offer your client comprehensive customer service.

An interior designer can meet with your client on site to consult with them as to their interior needs for things such as interior colours, cupboard and benchtop finishes, tapware, door hardware, tiles, carpet, curtains and blinds etc.

If the client is unsure about what they want or how to bring their options together assistance in the area of colour, layout, kitchen design, decorating or general ideas can be provided.

Relish Designs can obtain quotes on behalf of the builder for product or contracted services, for example, kitchen installation where required.
