Relish Designs currently uses a direct credit banking system from the customer directly into the Relish Designs commonwealth bank account. No personal banking information is required to be disclosed which eliminates processing errors or security concerns.
Once a total payment from a customer has been received goods are forwarded to the customer in accordance with the confirmation email.
Privacy
Relish Designs only collects personal information when the client knowingly provides it. Personal information is collected in various ways as noted below:
- Directly from the customer in person
- Collected over the phone, via email or fax
- Within marketing activites
Any information collected will be solely used to offer you the best customer service possible.
How Relish Designs collects & uses your information
Personal information may be used or requested in the following instances:
- Expression of interest in any of Relish Designs services
- Preparation of any quotations
- For and during an onsite or online consultation
- Goods ordered on clients behalf that require delivery
- For the processing of any requested payments

Relish Designs values your trust and will not disclose your personal information to any third parties that are not directly associated with the job being performed by Relish Designs. We may disclose your personal information to third parties such as contractors approved by you to undertake works directly associated with the tasks you have engaged us to perform. This would only be in circumstances necessary for us to conduct our legitimate business activities.
